Sports Fest

A.1 The Sports Fest will be held from September 23 to 27, 2024, with Dr. Romeo G. Bayanay confirmed as the guest speaker. A.2 The Cheerdance competition is scheduled for September 26, 2024, although no final decision has been made regarding the judges. A.3 The Dance Sport competition is set to take place on September 23, 2024. Discussions regarding the need for a first aider for the college during the event were inconclusive. It was confirmed that the event banner will be 18×36 in size. A.4 Tryouts for the sports events will be held according to the following schedule: Grade 7 on Monday from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM, Grade 8 on Tuesday, Grade 9 on Wednesday, Grade 10 on Thursday, Grade 11 and 12 on Friday, and for the College division, tryouts will take place on September 19-20 for the whole day. A.5 For the Vocal Solo competition, participants will choose songs from either OPM or another genre, which is yet to be finalized. The muse and escort for the college division were also discussed. A.6 The competition will include segments for sportswear, a production number, and a Q&A portion. The Q&A will feature questions equally divided between English and Tagalog, with a 50% focus on assessing both beauty and brains.
